Every product on Medicalhub goes through the same intake process before it appears in the catalog. We check physical specifications against what's printed on the packaging, confirm that usage instructions match manufacturer documentation, and remove listings that can't be independently verified.

Specification verification

Dimensions, materials, weight ratings and fit ranges are checked against supplier documentation before publishing.

Consistent batch sourcing

We work with a limited set of suppliers per category to keep materials and tolerances consistent between restocks.

Periodic listing review

Specification and usage copy is reviewed on a rolling basis and updated when supplier documentation changes.

Specifications and usage steps describe how a product is generally used. They are not medical advice and do not replace a clinician's guidance.

Manufacturer documentation

Every product ships with its own printed instructions. Those printed instructions take precedence over any summary shown on this site.

Regulatory classification, labeling requirements and applicable standards vary by product type and region. Where a product falls under a general wellness or non-prescription category, it is offered accordingly and listed with the manufacturer's intended-use description. Medicalhub does not sell prescription-only devices, controlled pharmaceuticals, or items requiring clinical fitting.

Retail ethics

How we describe and price what we sell

We avoid language that implies a product can diagnose, cure or prevent a condition. If a claim can't be supported by the manufacturer's documentation, we don't publish it.
Pricing is shown in full before checkout, with shipping calculated transparently rather than added as a surprise at the final step.
Stock and specification changes are reflected on the listing itself rather than only disclosed after an order is placed.
Customer support responses come from people familiar with the catalog, not a generic script, and we say plainly when a question is better directed to a clinician.
